INTEREST RATE

  • 14% per annual interest rate.
  • The interest rate is variable rate pegged to a base rate.
  • Subject to a maximum rate that can be charged according to the guidelines of the Central Bank of Myanmar.

LOAN TENOR

  • Maximum 5 years (Brand New)

DOWN PAYMENT

  • Minimum 30% of purchase price

REPAYMENT

  • Monthly Amortization (EMI)

FEES

  • One-time of application fee 1% on loan amount. (Application fees may be deducted from the loan amount).

CRITERIA

  • Minimum operating over 2 years and above business with YCDC license, company registered on DICA and others business license.
