Techno-Functional, Core banking and Application – IT Department

• Provide technical and functional support for the Oracle Flex cube Core Banking system.
• Analyze and gather technical and functional requirements, ensuring alignment with business needs.
• Collaborate with vendors and business users during implementation and testing phases.
• Prepare and execute test plans to ensure the system’s reliability and performance.
• Demonstrate excellence in analytical and problem-solving skills to resolve issues promptly and effectively.
• Manage multiple projects and tasks while adhering to deadlines.
• Work closely with technical and business teams to achieve project goals.
• Demonstrate outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to effectively convey complex information to internal team & business users.
• Fluency in English is required.

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, or related fields.
• Relevant IT certifications are desirable.
• Minimum of 2+ years of experience in banking IT, preferably with a focus on Techno-Functional support.
• In-depth knowledge of Core Banking functionality and financial industry practices.
• Experience in Oracle Flex cube development and customization will be a plus.
• Strong proficiency in Oracle SQL.
• Familiarity with programming languages such as Java, C#, Python.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze and interpret business requirements.
• Proven track record of successful project experience with multitasking capabilities.
• Excellent team player with the ability to collaborate effectively with technical and business teams.
