- Handle daily operations of wallet/pay and mobile banking app issues.
- Understand and ensure processes and procedures comply with internal SOP and regulatory requirements.
- Perform operation tasks, review, and update departmental procedures, processes, and workflow to produce high-quality, cost-effective delivery of digital banking operations.
- Document and maintain workflows, processes, and procedures, coordinating with Digital Product teams to ensure proper procedure for control points.
- A good team player, self-motivated with positive thinking plus able to handle multiple projects/ tasks.
