Job Description
  • Provide technical and functional support for the Oracle Flex cube Core Banking system.
  • Collaborate with users to understand their requirements and provide appropriate solutions.
  • Act as a subject matter expert in SQL development and reporting, providing guidance and support to other team members as needed.
  • Manage data within the Core Banking system, including data migration, data validation, and data quality checks.
  • Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to support decision-making and business strategies.
  • Familiarity with the Chart of Accounts, which is a structured list of all the accounts used in the General Ledger.
  • Demonstrate excellence in analytical and problem-solving skills to resolve issues promptly and effectively.
  • Adhere to project timelines and deliverables, effectively handling multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Required to work closely with the business units and the technical development teams on all system implementation projects as well as maintenance ones.
  • Demonstrate outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to effectively convey complex information to diverse stakeholders.
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in information technology, or related fields.
  • Minimum of 4+ years of experience in banking IT, preferably with a focus on Techno-Functional support.
  • Familiarity with programming languages such as Java, C#, Python.
  • In-depth knowledge of Core Banking functionality and financial industry practices.
  • Prior experience in Oracle Flex cube development and customization is highly desirable.
  • Strong proficiency in Oracle SQL is preferred.
  • Extensive experience in Data Migration and Data Transformations is a valuable asset.
  • Knowledge of Chart of Accounts is advantageous.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze and interpret business requirements.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet project deadlines.
  • Continuous learning mindset and willingness to stay updated with relevant technologies and industry trends.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work with technical and business teams.
  • Good command in English for both verbal and written.
