- Responsible to engage between business stakeholders and technology teams to ensure business requirements of Digital products.
- Requirements gathering and preparation of BRD.
- Collaborating with vendors and third-party providers to evaluate and choosing solutions that meet business requirements.
- Assisting in the planning, execution, and evaluation of SIT/UAT activities and go live preparation.
- Responsible to monitoring and evaluation the digital products after Go-live by collecting feedback and identifying for further improvement.
