Senior Business Analyst – Digital, ICT Department

• Responsible to engage between business stakeholders and technology teams to ensure business requirements of Digital products.
• Requirements gathering and preparation of BRD.
• Collaborating with vendors and third-party providers to evaluate and choosing solutions that meet business requirements.
• Assisting in the planning, execution, and evaluation of SIT/UAT activities and go live preparation.
• Responsible to monitoring and evaluation the digital products after Go-live by collecting feedback and identifying for further improvement.
• Report to Deputy Head of Digital and ADC – IT Department

• Bachelor’s degree OR other equivalent in IT OR related industry.
• Experience in Banking or other financial industry and strong understanding of digital transformation projects.
• Experience in product development and project management of mobile banking, internet banking and mobile wallet.
• Have knowledge about banking and the financial industry.
• Good Communication skill, product management, analytical skill and proficiency in English.
• Minimum 3/4 years’ Experience in related field.
