Being a relationship manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that you are able to source for SMEs and Corporate Banking customers. You will be their single point of contact in terms of attending to our customer’s business banking needs. He or she must be outgoing with an interest to network and build the customer base for the bank
- Analyze and recommend compatible services and options for customer needs.
- Responsible for handling key corporate accounts with lending products.
- Support client service as dedicated professional as at when required in handling the day-to-day client activities and their service requests.
- Setting up meetings with potential new customers and finding out the sale opportunities, cross selling and generating new business.
- Follow up and resolve client feedback through interaction with clients, product partners, branch operations and other staff in a timely and professional manner.
- To grow & maintain high quality, profitable and broad-based relationships with existing client base – Customer engagement / personal visits at pre-defined frequency to identify client needs and provide need-based solutions by cross selling from the entire product suite.
- Provide value added services and cross-selling to existing and new clients.
- Familiar with the legal documents related to payroll agreement, letter of credit, standby letter of credit and bank’s guarantee etc.
- Need to achieve the sale target allocated and increase the SMEs and Corporate portfolio.
- Report and align your goals and action plan with the guidance and supervision under your Team Leader and Head of Department
