Project Management:
- Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
- Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed to ensure successful completion.
- Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques.
- Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques.
- Report and escalate to management as needed.
- Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
- Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors.
Scrum Master Responsibilities:
- Act as a servant leader and coach for Scrum teams.
- Facilitate daily Scrum, sprint planning, sprint review, and retrospective meetings.
- Ensure the Scrum framework is followed, and the team is adhering to Agile principles.
- Remove impediments and protect the team from outside distractions.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and facilitate team development.
- Assist with internal and external communication, improving transparency, and radiating information.
- Support product owners in maintaining the product backlog and prioritizing features.
