• Drive product strategies and long-term vision of the digital product & services.
• Manage the research, design, development, launch, review and maintenance of the digital channels of the bank.
• Ability to craft product vision ( short term to long term ) and convert into a concrete strategy.
• Gather user ( internal / external ) requirements, perform requirements refinement and prioritize the requirements based on the market demand, bank’s strategy.
• Provide the bank’s Management with necessary information in order to obtain the decision for further executions.
• Conduct regular product reviews to identify customer pain points, product performance issues and improve the overall usability of the product.
