• Possess the strong knowledge of the deposit product which includes savings, call, cash account
and fixed deposit etc.
• Innovative in creating the right deposit product to target potential and existing customers.
• Having the capability to create the deposit product standard operating procedure, service level
agreement and workflow process.
• Able to coordinate with Wholesales, Retail, Operation and Compliance department on the launch
of the new product.
• Successfully launched deposit products and achieve good sales result.
• Able to study and analyze the competitors’ deposit promotion.
• Able to react to the changing market conditions and conduct necessary review of our product
suite.
• Facilitates the development and enhancements of the deposit suite of products and present to the
product committee.
• Able to work closely with marketing colleagues to better position and promote our deposit
products in the market.
• Supports the marketing and business development strategies and initiatives which emphasize on
new business acquisition, customer retention and competitive pricing strategy.
• Working closely with our sales and distribution channel staff to increase the sales opportunity.
• Provide necessary product knowledge and workflow process training with respective sales and
distribution channels staff and necessary parties.
• To develop key performance metrics of deposit and allocation of target to respective department.
• To monitor and track the sales traction of the various deposit product.
• Preparing the deposit performance report for senior management on monthly basis.
