Job Description
  • Manage Calendar and Schedule meetings and appointments.
  • Work with and remind the CEO of impending tasks and deadlines.
  • Handle CEO claims and travel arrangement including visas and accommodation.
  • Organize meetings which may involve setting up conference/ video calls and prior booking of resources and ensure that meetings are well prepared for attending and take meeting minutes.
  • Communicate with the other departments and highlight from each department report.
  • Coordinate and manage the Chairman’s daily schedule, appointments, and meetings.
  • Screen and prioritize emails, phone calls, and other communications.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
  • Prepare agendas, briefings, and materials for meetings.
  • Assist with special projects and initiatives as directed by the CEO.
  • Handle expense reports, invoices, and other financial paperwork.
  • Address inquiries and resolve issues in a professional manner.
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, supporting C-level executives.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.
  • Good planning, strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
  • Must be able to travel.
  • Attention to detail and careful planning and follow-up.
  • Ability to exercise discretion on confidential matters.
