- Manage Calendar and Schedule meetings and appointments.
- Work with and remind the CEO of impending tasks and deadlines.
- Handle CEO claims and travel arrangement including visas and accommodation.
- Organize meetings which may involve setting up conference/ video calls and prior booking of resources and ensure that meetings are well prepared for attending and take meeting minutes.
- Communicate with the other departments and highlight from each department report.
- Coordinate and manage the Chairman’s daily schedule, appointments, and meetings.
- Screen and prioritize emails, phone calls, and other communications.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Prepare agendas, briefings, and materials for meetings.
- Assist with special projects and initiatives as directed by the CEO.
- Handle expense reports, invoices, and other financial paperwork.
- Address inquiries and resolve issues in a professional manner.
