PayTech Specialist – Digital & ADC, IT Department

• Responsible to support monitoring and maintenance of Card Management System and Payment Switch
• Responsible for supporting certification process of payment projects (Issuing and Acquiring).
• Responsible for supporting SIT and UAT testing of payment projects (Issuing and Acquiring) by coordinating with external vendors and internal stakeholders.
• Responsible to support third party integration with Card Management System
• Solving and support card and ATM CRM related Issues
• Report to Deputy Head of Digital and ADC

• Bachelor’s degree or another equivalent in IT
• Experience in payment card projects: card issuing, ATM, POS Acquiring and Certification projects, etc
• Have good communication skills with across external vendors and internal stakeholders.
• Have good reporting skill and investigating skill and proficiency in English.
• Have Knowledge about ISO 8583.
• Minimum 2- or 3-years’ Experience in related field
