Junior Quantity Surveyor, Engineering Team – Marketing Department

• Ensure that construction projects stay according to budget.
• Estimate and advise for cost and materials to create predicted budgets, monitor budgets, and collaborate with a team, noting any design modifications and their cost impact.
• Responsible with the procurement team with vendor sourcing and quantity provision, as well as the technical requirements for procurement
• In-charge with the quantity surveying and cost estimation, participate in measurements and the compilation of BOQs, cost data, and aid in the formulation of cost plans.
• Provide and assistance with tender preparation and management.
• Support for contract document preparation
• Final accounts settlement and contract administration
• Do a pricing comparison and analysis.
• Cost and payment tracking and check and assess detail estimates and VO / VE preparation.

• Degree in Civil Engineering or Quantity surveying.
• Prefer previous experience in Quantity Surveying (Interior Design Filed).
• Proficient in Cad software and MS office.
• Experience and knowledge in tender and contract management.
• Can work with minimum supervision.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
