Junior Programmer, Associate - IT Department

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Software Engineer with a solid understanding of HTML, JavaScript, and CSS. The ideal candidate will assist in the development, testing, and maintenance of web applications, ensuring high-quality user interfaces and seamless user experiences. In addition, patch deployment on related environments.

• Collaborate with senior engineers to design, develop, and maintain web applications.
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code using HTML, JavaScript, and CSS.
• Assist in the integration of user-facing elements with server-side logic.
• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.
• Debug and resolve issues related to web development.
• Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
• Stay updated with emerging web technologies and industry trends.
• Work with the design team to implement responsive and user-friendly web designs.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of the development process.

Required Skills and Qualifications –

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Proficiency in HTML, JavaScript, and CSS.
• Basic understanding of web development frameworks and libraries (e.g., React, Angular, or Vue.js is a plus).
• Familiarity with version control systems like Git.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Preferred Qualifications –

• Experience with responsive design and mobile-first development.
• Basic knowledge of server-side languages (e.g., Node.js, Python) is a plus.
• Familiarity with web accessibility standards.
