E-wallet – Product Manager – ICT Department - FDB Bank

To gather market requirements, and design and build eWallet meeting market needs
To work closely with key departments and management team to determine business objectives and delivery strategy
To analyze information to define product requirements and data definition, analytics-related capabilities, product, and user experiences
To review user stories, participate in grooming sessions, manage backlog, communicate and clarify feature and functional requirements and product needs to development team
To plan, build and maintain product development sprints
To work with sales, marketing, and operation support teams to ensure that profit and customer satisfaction goals are reached
Own delivery commitments, working closely with development and business teams to meet delivery timeline and quality standards
Research and understand market trends, competitors and new technologies to identify new capabilities

Relevant diploma or bachelor’s degree or higher
5+ years’ experience in product management role in relevant area with wallet and digital payment solutions
Proven experience in defining product specifications and delivery
Demonstrated leadership and people management skills
Technical background is a plus
Strong communication skills, analytical skills, thorough understanding of product development and product operation management
Multi-tasking and time-management skills, ability to prioritize tasks, able to work under pressure
