Job Description

• Drive product strategies and long-term vision of the digital product & services.
• Management of the research, design, development, launch, review and maintenance of the digital channels of the bank.
• Conduct user research and usability studies, collaborate with internal teams such as Business, Operations, Credit Risk, IT as well as external teams such as vendors for end-to-end process.
• Ability to craft product vision ( short term to long term ) and convert into a concreate strategy.
• Gather user (internal/ external) requirements, perform requirement refinement and prioritize the requirements based on the market demand, bank’s strategy.
• Provide the Bank’s Management with necessary information in order to obtain the decision for further executions.
• Conduct regular product reviews to identify customer pain points, product performance issues and improve the overall usability of the product.

Job Requirements

• Minimum over 2 years in digital product management or similar role.
• Proficient in the areas of Digital Touchpoints. ( Eg; Mobile App, Website, Pay/Wallet App ), Communication Channel ( E.g; Chatbot, Multi Communication Channels )
• Prior knowledge and experience in Agile/ Scrum methodologies is preferred.
• Strong analytical, prioritization and negotiation skills.
• Usability and customer-focused design experience.
• Passionate about building great products and solving customer and business problems.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, Business IT or related field.
• Prior experience in Financial Institutes ( FI ), MFI, FinTech Product Development is preferred.
• Must be fluent in English.
