• Drive product strategies and long-term vision of the digital product & services.
• Management of the research, design, development, launch, review and maintenance of the digital channels of the bank.
• Conduct user research and usability studies, collaborate with internal teams such as Business, Operations, Credit Risk, IT as well as external teams such as vendors for end-to-end process.
• Ability to craft product vision ( short term to long term ) and convert into a concreate strategy.
• Gather user (internal/ external) requirements, perform requirement refinement and prioritize the requirements based on the market demand, bank’s strategy.
• Provide the Bank’s Management with necessary information in order to obtain the decision for further executions.
• Conduct regular product reviews to identify customer pain points, product performance issues and improve the overall usability of the product.
