Core Banking, Technical Manager - ICT Team

• Banking Senior IT candidate having experience in implementation of Core Banking system
and integration of payment and digital platforms.
• Good Experience in Banking IT operations and processing using internal standard Core
Banking Systems.
• Good understanding of Banking industry standard Functional Specifications and Technical
Specifications.
• Able to plan project timeline and schedule deliverables to meet stakeholder requirements.
• Support project executions and governance by tracking deliverables, resources, and
timelines throughout the project life cycle.
• Experienced in end-to-end project management with SDLC standards.
• Good experience in resource management and resource development.
• Able to coordinate between business users and vendor teams to ensure business
requirements and deliverables are met in both scope and timeline.
• Good experience in multi-vendor management environment.
• Coordinate project team meetings to provide status updates, identify issues and involve
solution discussions to ensure on-time, high-quality deliverables.
• Manage Change Requests to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using
appropriate verification techniques.

▪ At least Computer Science or IT Engineering Graduate or equivalent.
▪ Have experience in Certifications or Courses in the field of Banking, IT or Project
Management.
▪ Minimum 8+ years of experience Banking IT operations and Core Banking System
management
▪ Proven experience in planning, organizing, and development.
▪ Strong leadership skills, strong interpersonal skills and ability to manage team members.
▪ Excellent communication skills with proficiency in written and spoken English.
▪ Excellent negotiation skills, presentation skills and analytical skills.
▪ Ability to handle multiple projects and deliver the results within the deadline.
▪ Good communication and interpersonal skills
