This role is responsible for driving the FDB Bank business growth by exploring new business opportunities, establishing and maintaining long-lasting relationships with customers, partners and merchants in order to expand our market presence.
- Identify potential merchants, dealers and developers to promote our products and services
- Build and maintain good relationships with customers, partners, merchants and dealers
- Generate, maintain, and increase business opportunities with existing partners, merchants and dealers
- Assist team leaders on the business development activity at branches, various sales campaigns and events
- Conduct research to identify market situation and customer needs
- Provide market updates on product and business improvement and development
- Build and manage effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Liaise with Branch Managers, Corporate Banking Teams and Premier Banking Teams on Daily/ Weekly, Quarterly and Yearly Sales Dashboard (Deposits, Loans, Bancassurance, Cards, etc.)
- Ad hoc tasks assigned by COO and team leader
- Undertake office administrative duties as required
