- Assist in collecting applications, sharing and arranging for interview process.
- Maintain and update candidate database in a timely manner.
- Call shortlisted candidates and arrange for interview and send invitations to all interview selection members.
- Assist in preparing for orientation, on-boarding, documenting, and other necessary arrangements for successful candidates.
- Collect all required documents (CV, NRC copy, Photo, Labor Card, etc.) from new employees and assist in personnel filing.
- To maintain and regularly update HR records such as employment contracts, personal files, HR forms and other HR-related documents.
- To the cooperation of the department assigned with the duty.
- To be involved in various welfare activities
- Perform other duties, as and when requested
