- To handle daily operation of wallet and mobile/Internet banking application issues and providing technical support to external and internal users.
- To investigate and resolve issues by coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.
- To perform operation tasks, processes, and workflow to produce high-quality, cost-effective delivery of digital banking products.
- To support SIT/UAT testing of mobile/internet banking application and back-end system if necessary.
- To maintain comprehensive documentation of workflow, processes, procedures, common support issues, resolutions, and FAQs.
- Report to Deputy Head of Digital and ADC – IT Department.
